Our mission is simple; to serve as the communications link between the public and emergency responders serving Cherokee County. The superior service can only be sustained if we work as a team with the community we serve.
Cherokee County E 9-1-1 renews National Accreditation
Cherokee County E 9-1-1 has renewed its accreditation with a national law enforcement commission, making it only one of nine accredited dispatch centers in Georgia. The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) awarded the Cherokee County E 9-1-1 center the accreditation at the conference in July. For the full story please read here.

The citizens of Cherokee County are served by a 9-1-1 Center that has earned the distinction of being one of only nine Georgia 9-1-1 Centers Nationally Accredited. A distinction not easily obtained and demonstrates the professionalism, dedication, and commitment of the staff led by Director Priscilla Goss.
The employees of Cherokee County E 9-1-1 share a dedication and commitment to maintaining the highest level of quality service, integrity, and professionalism in everything that we do while managing the public's resources in the most efficient manner possible. We recognize that our members and co-workers are the greatest and most important asset of this department and that only through mutual respect, cooperation and teamwork can the community be best served.
