Our mission is simple; to serve as the communications link between the public and emergency responders serving Cherokee County. The superior service can only be sustained if we work as a team with the community we serve.

The citizens of Cherokee County are served by a 9-1-1 Center that has earned the distinction of being one of only nine Georgia 9-1-1 Centers Nationally Accredited. A distinction not easily obtained and demonstrates the professionalism, dedication, and commitment of the staff.

The employees of Cherokee County E 9-1-1 share a dedication and commitment to maintaining the highest level of quality service, integrity, and professionalism in everything that we do while managing the public's resources in the most efficient manner possible. We recognize that our members and co-workers are the greatest and most important asset of this department and that only through mutual respect, cooperation and teamwork can the community best be served.
