The Quality Assurance Office for Cherokee County E 9-1-1 performs routine audits on all aspects of call processing related to our communications center and requests for calls for service. All Communications Officer's are evaluated monthly on all disciplines and receive feedback and if necessary remediation.
In 2022 the Quality Assurance Office completed a total of 1,102 quality assurance reviews. They can be further broken down 350 telephone calls, 349 radio calls, and 403 medical calls.
