The purpose of this portal is to receive public comments regarding Cherokee County E 9-1-1's compliance with CALEA standards, engagement in the service community, delivery of public safety services, and overall candidacy for accredited status. These comments can be in the form of commendations or concerns. The overall intent of the accreditation process is to provide Cherokee County E 9-1-1 with information to support continuous improvement and foster the pursuit of professional excellence. This Public Portal Comment Section works to further that objective. Per CALEA Communications standard 2.6.8, this portal will be open and available for public comments.
