Blue Card Command System Goes Live

CANTON, GA - On October 1st, 2022 Cherokee County E 9-1-1 in collaboration with Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services went live with their "Blue Card" system which provides a streamlined and structured Incident Command system for structural fires in Cherokee County. Communications Officers attended numerous training sessions with the fire department in preparation for this going live.

The Communications Officers are required to utilize a form and input this information which assists on-scene or en-route chiefs in planning and executing their fire fighting strategies. We are proud to be a part of this new system and look forward to improving the already high standard of service delivered to Cherokee County residents and visitors.
